Unless otherwise noted, all service carries our Limited Service Warranty: Repairs are warranted for a period of 90 days from the ship date. Restoration Services are warranted for a period of 1 year from the ship date. Digital SLR sensor cleanings are warranted for a period of 3 days. Damage due to fair wear and tear, corrosion, intrusion of liquid or dirt/sand, heat, impact, abuse or tampering is not covered. Consequential damages, such as loss of film due to failure of our repair, are not covered. Repair of the equipment is our only obligation, and any refund is at our sole discretion, and we may at any time fulfill our entire obligation under this warranty by returning the equipment to you and refunding the original repair charge. It is the customer's responsibility to check the repaired equipment to determine that it is satisfactory for your intended purposes and to return it to us within the warranty period if it fails to operate properly.
Payments are accepted through this website via PayPal, Checks, Money Orders, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. All credit card transactions will require confirmation of card information; we will contact you directly by email or phone to obtain the security code for your card. Checks can take up to 10 days to clear, and shipping may be delayed until the check has cleared.
